PEARL add support for new smaller sensor camera #8345

as a PEARL instrument scientist i want to be able to use the new camera which has a smaller sensor than the previously used 1" ccd.

This is not a huge change as its the same manufacturer, but arvtool etc. will need to be used. we should also submit this upstream. Adgenicam does not currently have the exact models template so we will need to add it ourselves.

Camera is working well at 10hz - scientist happy
