As a developer, I would like the project board checks to track how long a ticket has been impeded, and how long its been since it was last updated, so that we no longer have to check the prject board itself to check on impeded tickets.
This could take the form of checking how long since a ticket in the impeded column has been updated via a comment, once this is implemented a ticket still being impeded can easily be acknowleged by commenting the current status on the ticket.
