Where?

When FLOWRATE:SP, TIME:RUN:SP, and START:SP are set in quick succession, TIME:RUN:CALCVOL does not update to the correct value in a timely manner.

How?

Detected by a commonly failing system test.

Reproducible?

Yes, on testing machines

Acceptance criteria

[ ] a) The issue causing the test to fail is fixed in the IOC
[ ] b) If the above is not feasible, alter the test to reflect possible functionality
