As an instrument scientist on ARGUS and CHRONUS, I want to be able to sometimes use an additional magnetometer probe to test the instrument's zero field system.
Additionally, the current zfmagfld IOC requires scans being triggered by the zfcntrl IOC. This should be changed into an optional behavior, so that the second instance of the IOC can be used independently of the controller.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] There is a functional _02 version of the ZFMAGFLD IOC
[ ] The ZFMAGFLD IOC is altered such that it no longer relies on another IOC initiating its scans.
How to Test
[ ] ZFMAGFLD_02 can be run up, manually or through the GUI
[ ] The IOC scans without needing to be linked to a ZFCNTRL IOC
