POLREF: ability to read and integrate spectra in genie python for alignment #8409

As a POLREF scientists i would like to be able to read/calculate integrals of all spectra in genie python for detector alignment

Acceptance criteria

[ ] PVs available in ISISDAE to read the data
[ ] genie python able to read these into numpy arrays

How to Test

new PVs are called DAE:SPECINTEGRALS and DAE:SPECDATA
g.get_pv("DAE:SPECINTEGRALS", is_local=True, use_numpy=True)
note that SPECDATA only updates after you write to its PROC field
if you run dae in simulate data mode, check specintegrals pv and detector diagnostics gui agree
