Add dependency links for display in PyPI #251

Half of our dependencies are somehow recognized as being available on PyPI and displayed with proper links. Turns out according to stackoverflow there is a dependency_links option that we could use for that.

The new PyPI does not seem to link dependencies anymore (https://pypi.org/project/lewis/#description). At the moment I'd say we can close this without doing anything.
