Summary of changes:

A point was added regarding ISIS complying with national legislation regarding personal and sensitive data.
A point was added regarding personal and sensitive data handled as required by ethical guidelines.
The existing point regarding public metadata was clarified to point out that metadata from all proposals can be made public not just accepted ones.
