[ENHANCEMENT] Stop user from running analysis job when invalid job settings are used #294

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The user should not be able to run analysis jobs when invalid settings are used. Some information should be provided to the user that certain settings were not valid.

Describe the solution you'd like Incorrect settings should be highlighted and maybe a hint of what the expected settings should be. Alternatively after hitting the run button the job would not be run and a warning telling the user that the settings were not valid.

I'm closing as I think this is essentially done with the run button being blocked now with invalid job settings.
