background image is not being displayed properly #216

Current Behavior: the background image is displayed right below the content and not at the bottom as it was supposed to be. Desired Behavior: To displayed it either at the very bottom of the page or right above the done button, when it exists.

this bug has not been noticed again checked also on the simulator
