Desired Behavior: When a user follows a dossier he should not be able to:

arrange items
change image . change title
change description

Notes: To identify for the active dossier the user type. And if its a user or in other words if the user follows the specific dossier, then the edit dossier button should not be visible.

A new getUserType function was calculated in order to get the user type for the active dossier The old getuserType function is used in user.html in order to load the two dossier lists in welcome view.
