Current Behavior: In Dossier Content View the description of items cannot be read at all. The ellipsis is static and there is no option for the user to click on it so that he can see the full description.
Desired Behavior: Provide a "More" link in the end of the visible-short area of the description. The allowed number of characters that are used to provide the short description are 125.
