Registration/Login fails on IE #140

I can only get reproduceable errors with the captcha verification part of the registration process on IE9. Is this the bug?

had some reproduceable errors trying to create with console logging turned off... but even then, it's not consistent! Same details went through on the third time, all that changed was the captcha... possible that the captcha is buggy!?! don't see how it could be and still work randomly

I can't get it to fail anymore, haven't changed anything...

Registering works first time... however now even though the user is created, I don't seem to be getting assigned a default dossier. The front end advances but the db doesnt have a linked object. Meaning when you click to edit the dossier it may go through, but once you lock changes as saved it kicks you back to the login page.

New dossiers and the link between them were created previously when using the dev tools in IE. Guess I'll have to use plan b error tracking after all

registered wth an empty cache and a fresh browser session. still had issue https://github.com/ISN-Zurich/PersonalDossiers/issues/143 but this time the user, dossier, and link between them all created fine.
