No way back #149

When logged in, we need to provide some way back to the dossiers from the Digital Library.

Proposed solution:

  1. a link to the personal dossier page from the dossiers menu
  2. A blue bar in the add bookmark area (above the dossier list) that is a link to the personal dossiers overview list.
  3. Clicking on a dossier title should link directly to the dossier page
