  1. Add PHPMailer module
  2. Store configuration in private file / db (with oauth keys)?
  3. Hook mail sending into user creation service

  1. PHPMailer firing authenticated email as desired. see: http://lab.isn.ethz.ch/PHPMailer/test/testemail.php for example... todo: add as module in git?
