"Unknown Generalization source or target" when importing Implementation - XML from WebEA as a reusable asset #38

Good evening, I was performing an import on Implementation - XML package and dependents as reusable assets from WebEA.

The import completed, but close to the end an "Unknown Generalization source or target" error message showed up in the progress dialog. It disappeared before I could take a screenshot,  but I attempted the import a second time and the error was displayed again.

Explanation - when importing RAS services, we believe the error is cause by importing a package before its dependencies. We do not believe there are any missing classes, etc. at this time.
