Associations from FC_FeatureOperation to FC_CarrierOfCharacteristics #14

associations from FC_FeatureOperation to FC_CarrierOfCharacteristics do not appear in any of figures B1-B3, which text says

The associations appear in figure B.6 - Derivation of FC_FeatureOperation from the GF_Operation metaclass. I have added them to figure B.1 as well, even though it made the figure even more complicated. FC_FeatureOperation is not included in figures B.2 and B.3 fig b1 - conceptual model of a feature catalogue
