Partition into separate namespaces #19

The construction of the UML model makes it virtually impossible to partition it into separate namespaces related to the conformance classes defined. Conformance classes in instance documents will need to be tested by a more sophisticated rule engine, like schematron.

Think this is OK now, we have only one namespace + fcc
