Stereotype "type" #8

Why are all classes "type"? They should either be interfaces or nothing.

Comment from Dave Danke (2015-08-06): I think you can remove type from all the classes. (I think Nicolas was trying to stereotype every class something we haven’t done in other models/docuements)

I have removed the “type” stereotypes now.
