Proposed amendment to RE_SubregisterDescription in ISO 19135-1:2015 #117

Justification: This comment arose from EC 19146 (WG1) during its meeting in Stockholm on 2017-05-30.

B.2.8.2 describes the object type RE_SubregisterDescription.

Its attribute uniformResourceIdentifier has the definition "The attribute “uniformResourceIdentifier” takes as its value a URI referencing information about online resources associated with the register."

The definition refers to online resources (plural) but the multiplicity of the attribute is 1 (singular). This appears inconsistent.

Proposal: Change the definition of the attribute to "The attribute “uniformResourceIdentifier” takes as its value a URI referencing information about an online resource associated with the register."
