Justification: Some Parties may be unable to manage their pieces of land (e.g. minor children) Proposal: Could be useful to add an association between Parties to explicit that a Party may represent another Party.

The "Party" could be expanded to be part of CI_RoleCode as it is designed in ISO 19115-1. So this issue is not only related to 19152 but also to 19115-1 and other where CI_Party is used.
