Add identifier to RE_ItemClass in Clause B.2.4.2 #125

Justification: In Figure B.4, RE_ItemClass, the class RE_ItemClass has three attributes: name, alternativeName and identifier. However, in Clause B.2.4.2, Object Type: RE_ItemClass, only two attributes are included and described: name and alternativeName. Proposal: Please add identifier to Clause B.2.4.2.
