Justification: In Table B.22, line 157, the attribute positionAdjustedTiePoint dose not exist in the class SE_ATAdjustedTiePoint (Figure 23)

In addition, in Table B.22, line 157, the Domain of DirectPosition is ISO 19107, not 19103 Proposal: The inconsistency should be solved.
