Error in class name PS_CoordinateTransferValues #231

Justification: ISO 19116:2019 p.25~p.26, there are 4 entry of PS_CoordinateTransferValues. However, the correct name is PS_CoordinateTransferValue, according to UML in Figure 9. Proposal: Change "PS_CoordinateTransferValues" to "PS_CoordinateTransferValue"

Addressed in the 19116 revision. The 19116 Revision was completed (N5960) and sent to ISO/CS 2023-11-30. The DIS ballot will start 2024-01-18 and ends 2024-04-11.
