description for attribute "reference" seams to be wrong #244
Justification: In 6.2.22.4, the description for the "reference" of datatype "Bearing", seams to be for rotation.
And the datatype for the reference is not needed for the title.
Proposal: change description into "The attribute reference is the direction from which the bearing is measured, such as "trueNorth", "magneticSouth" or similarly.
In addition, Please change title
from "Attribute reference: ReferenceDirection"
to "Attribute reference"
