The meaning of description for attribute "rotation" is not clear #245
Justification: In 6.2.22.4, the description for the "rotation" of datatype "Bearing" is not clear and very similar with the description for the "reference"
And the datatype for the rotation is not needed for the title.
And the formal definition does not exist.
Proposal: Change the description into "Attribute rotation is measurement direction from the reference, such as "clockwise" or "left"" or similiary.
In addition, Please change title
from "Attribute rotation: Rotation"
to "Attribute rotation"
Add "rotation: Rotation" below the last line of 6.2.22.5
