operation distance and buffer are not needed by Query2D #259
Justification: Query2D is subclass of Geometry, which has operation distance and buffer. The operations are the same based on the description, so Query2D' operation distance and buffer should be inherited from Geometry.
Proposal: Delete the operations from UML, and delete 6.4.8.2 and 6.4.8.3 from the document.
