description for operation distance is wrong #260

Justification: In 6.4.4.26(operation distance), from 6th line from last line, description says: "It is necessary to assure that geometry objects are topologically closed (by definition). Since the distinction between less than a distance or equal to a distance is beyond the capability of any digital computation, this should not matter since the inherent limitation of digital computations makes distinguishing between less than or equal to a distance."

However, the same text is repeated in 6.4.8.3 (operation buffer). So one of the two is wrong. IMHO, the distance doesnt create any geometry, so the description of topology is wrong. Proposal: Delete the part from 6.4.4.26
