Justification: In 8.3.3, the attributes of ParametricCurveSurfaceData are 5: interpolation, rows, columns, dataPoint, controlPoint

In UML, they are 6: rows, columns, controlPoint, dataPoint, horizontalCurveType, verticalCurveType Proposal: Please check and edit.
