Request for code list descriptions missing from Annex B #351

Justification: A number of code lists in annex B are missing descriptions used as annotations in XML schemas, etc. This includes: SE_ATDimensionType SD_ATErrorType SE_ATMeasType SD_ATPointType SE_ATStatisticType SE_DataModellingMethod (also missing definitions for individual codes) SE_TideAdjustType Proposal: Create/transcribe official short definitions to Annex B for easy reference. the contains technical context for many of the code lists, but this is not at a level easily usable for a data dictionary or XML schema annotation.

Correct - I am reviewing 19130-3 under XMG and in discussion with Graham Wilkes, any issues encountered with the 19130-1, -2 standards documents would be submitted through the standards tracker.
