ISO 19135 Registry manager not in terms and definitions #392

"registry manager" is not in the terms and definitions, and therefore also not in Geolexica.

It is a clause heading, a class (in the 'organizational relationships' figure), and the subject or requirement 11 & 23

I don't believe it would normally get an entry on the "terms and definitions" because it is a combination of a term that is defined (registry) and a word being used in its normal dictionary way (manager). (TMG to comment?)

However, I'll assign it so that the revision project (up for vote to start) can include it.

But "register manager" is in the terms and definitions, so it is inconsistent.

Sometimes it is useful to add a term to the terms and definitions (and thus to Geolexica) even though the definition is obvious, to indicate that this (combined) term is actually a term that is important and part of the vocabulary of ISO/TC 211.
