See working draft of 19123-1 revision, georeferenceable

It is not correct that 19163-1 should be the normative standard for this generic coverage term (a more appropriate place would be 19115-1 or 19123-1);

Although "georeferencing" gets used for vector (object) & raster (gridded) data, "georeferenceable" seems almost exclusively used with raster/grid data, so I suggest 19123-1.
