AHG3 recommendation re ISO 19101: DataSet - error in Figure D.2? #404
"In Figure 2, not every DataSet is defined by an ApplicationSchema (there's a 0 at both ends), but in Figure D.2 that 0 disappears. It
should come back: not every Dataset in a "future SDI" will get its semantics from an Application schema."
