The attached comments (2021-04-26) are for the 19126 FDIS. There was a mistake by TMG in understanding the schedule and the comments were not submitted before the ballot closed and the document was sent to ISO/CS for publication. TMG has always submitted comments, if needed, during the FDIS stage, and those comments shall be addressed before the document advances to the final stage. Some of the comments (shown below) are significant and related to the revision ISO 19131. If, for other reasons, an amendment is proposed, these terminology issues should be addressed.

term-no| term | cmnt-type| comment | TMG recommendation | -- | -- | -- | -- | -- | 3.0 | various entries | Ed | inconsistent use of commas in source references; in source references that contain modification notes, a comma should be placed after the term number and before the "modified" descriptive note; some entries in the document do this correctly while other entries do not. | in the source reference add a comma after the term number and before "modified" for the following entries:  3.6, 3.13, 3.15, 3.17, 3.22 |   3.2 | data product | Ed | this entry correctly matches ISO 19131:2007 however the revision of ISO 19131 (currently pending publication) has changed the definition between the DIS and FDIS | TMG prefers to use the original definition of ISO 19131:2007 and will discuss with ISO 19131 Rev. editor. TMG also recommends aligning terminology in both standards (ISO 19126 and ISO 19131) seeing that publication is pending. |   3.3 | data product specification | Ed | this entry correctly matches ISO 19131:2007 however the revision of ISO 19131 (currently pending publication) has changed the definition between the DIS and FDIS | TMG prefers to use the original definition of ISO 19131:2007 and will discuss with ISO 19131 Rev. editor.
