At the ISO / TC 211 meeting in December of 2021 and during the systematic review of Standards in the PMG, OGC was requested to submit any comments to support assessment of whether an update of ISO 19141 was needed. The OGC Moving Features Standards Working Group and I performed a review of ISO 19141 and we are pleased to submit the following comments in support of an update to this Standard.
