General concern from AHG06 eGovernment regarding ISO 19108 Temporal Schema #448
If we should adopt for example a time ontology, we still need a UML model for this ontology to be applied in our applications schema. In general, we need both UML models and OWL vocabularies for this kind of resources.
The question arose. Could we extend W3C Time ontology with the elements we have in 19108?
We still need a UML model, and automatic generation of ontologies may not be worth the effort. Conclusion: Do it manually but could it be done automatically?
