ISO 19149:2011 - version numbers of web service standards in URN examples #458

This relates to both Example 2 and 3.

The examples refer to a WFS 2.6.3, however WFS does not have a version 2.6.3.

Example 5 refers to a version WMS 2.1.1 and a WFS 2.1.1. Neither of these versions exist.

Ideally, the examples should use existing versions of these standards.
