role name 'measure' of QualityElement is missing (19157-1) #499

In the data dictionary for the QualityElement in Table C.2, the role name 'measure' is missing. However, it is present in the UML (Fig. 5)

thanks @bluesky61, please give the standard where you have found this issue. if you can set the "labels" please do so.
