Fixed the typo, will take a look at the extra file... probably residue...
As far as i can see, dataQuality.xsd with QE_Usability is still present... I believe this file should be removed.

There is a small but critical error in ...ISO19157-2/mdq/1.0/2014-07-11/dataQualityElement.xsd, line 8: The namespace for dqc shall be ".../19157-2/dqc/..." - not ".../19157/dqc/..."
Furthermore: What is the file ...ISO19157-2/mdq/1.0/2014-07-11/ dataQuality.xsd? It is not referenced by mdq.xsd, and it contains a definition of QE_Usability. QE_Usability shall not be a part of the 19157 XML, instead DQ_UsabilityElement shall be used. The file dataQuality.xsd also includes definitions of elements that are defined in other schema files under mdq. As far as I can see, dataQuality.xsd is referenced only in a couple of example files.
