Incorrect version number in coordinate transformation names of items 534, 695, 705 (GDA94) #129

Incorrect version number in names of the following coordinate transformations:

AGD66-GDA94[v1] (Item 705) AGD84-GDA94[v1] (Item 695) AGD84-GDA94[v2] (Item 534)

Add "GA" in front of version number for consistency with value of Operation Version attribute.
