Incorrect formatting of page number for information sources #90

When there is only a single page number for an information source, it is incorrectly displayed as a real number with one decimal. I suggest to treat all page numbers as text strings to ensure both single page numbers (e.g., 9) and page number ranges (e.g., 9-14) are displayed correctly.

For an example, see the 1st & 3rd information sources for item 140 - Canadian Geodetic Vertical Datum of 2013 (Canadian Gravitmetric Geoid of 2013a).
