@ejbleijs this PR is from my colleague. We are developing an automated documentation generation system for XSDs (ISO-TC211/schemas.isotc211.org#18), and have come across some issues in the current repository. Could you have a look at this to see if they are good to go? Thanks!

Merging since these are minor mistakes that should be fixed.
