Update to mir code lists.xml (remove trailing space from "intelligenc… #6

Complaint received that code list entries in mir:codelists.xml "intelligenceMilitary" and "boundaries" both had trailing space in code value (gco:ScopeName) and Code list name (cat:CT_CodeListValue) Spaces have been removed - no other changes made.

@ejbleys thank you for pushing the fix! While you're at it, could we also change the "http://schemas.isotc211.org" to "https://schemas.isotc211.org"? The redirection happens anyway, but some XML schema parsers can't handle the HTTP->HTTPS redirect.

OK Do you want me to go through all XSDs and XMLs to move to https://schemas.isotc211.org? https://schemas.isotc211.org/? Logically other people’s XMLs would fail as there would be a mismatch on nameSpace locations. Advice sought: a) Do it all? b) All in new version? c) Just XMLs?

@ejbleys that'd be awesome! IMHO (a) is best:

I'm not sure whether the http://schemas.isotc211.org/... URIs were used much prior to the move to HTTPS -- they were down for a long time prior to migration. If they weren't used by many the big-bang approach will save us effort and provides consistency down the road.
