This document should include also the information of the previous weeks.

And there are also some typos, like the use of "y" instead of "e" in the last sentence.

The way it's been done before is we add the problems of previous weeks of the same sprint. So for sprint 2 there are problems of week 6, 7 and 8, and here it would be of week 9 and then 10 in this same doc. So are you sure we should add previous problems as well? I didn't find any feedback that says that so please let me know :)
