[AV-22] Write docstring for sensors.h/cpp #26

Wrote inital docstring for sensor.h and sensors.cpp, looking for more things to add and needs review. Thanks!

From the git contribution history, I think you and Anshuk are the only authors, right? Though I guess there could be more...

Looks good to me outside of the authors. Its probably a safe bet just to put Ayberk and Anshuk down haha
