Remove Meta/ directory? #78

I believe this directory is unnecessary and results from vignettes/add_zeros.Rmd, but I need to check this and make sure.

Apparently Meta/vignette.rds contains the vignette index and is therefore necessary for the R package, see https://rdrr.io/cran/devtools/man/build_vignettes.html
