Bug: when adding a second questions to a quiz, the content of the previous one is already there as default #280

Description

how to replicate: in a quiz set in the lecturer add a multiple choice question when clicking on add question to create another question everything is already filled out with the values of the first question

Could not be replicated for cloze tests and association tests, seems to only be a problem with mc quizzes
