Requirement

frontend technology is chosen

Description

The frontend team should set up a repository with a dummy frontend project and try out the frontend technology

Acceptance Criteria

[x] repository is created
[ ] a GUI that offers some trivial functionality exists
[x] frontend team has communicated with the backend team and agreed on some easy functionality that will call the backend and display it's response
[ ] the functionality using a backend call is implemented in the frontend, but not connected to the backend yet
