Description

Clearly define what the global and course-specific roles are called and what they can do. If possible the roles should be general ones and not limited to the university context.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Global user role names and permissions are specified and documented in the wiki
[ ] Course-specific user role names and permissions are specified and documented in the wiki
