We have performed tests to check if this is due to our plugin, unfortunately we did not find any errors when creating the ticket, or putting the ticket on hold, or even making a validation request.
We recently updated our plugin, we advise you to download the new version of the plugin, the error may be fixed.

1 year ago Hello,
I've installed the latest version. If I enter a ticket with an element associated and you plugin enabled I get that error and the page doesn't display.
If I disable the plugin it works as usually
PS: I'm using 10.0.6 version

IF I enable your plugin when accessing tickets with validation pending i get this error:
