Client crash before menu screen #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launching the game
2. Loading screen
3. Crash (before menu)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I managed to access to the menu screen but once it crashes, it will never go 
beyond the loading screen even after relaunching.
I have to uninstall then re-install the TLAPI&TLMP before it -may- start again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Torchlight v1.15 (Steam) - Windows 7 Home Premium
